Quick and knowledgeable battery change with a winter check. Brad was absolutely professional, kind, and helpful. He even made sure I could drive my car out (rather reverse into busy traffic) 100% all staff from booking in to leaving. Highly recommended and thank you.

I went in on Saturday to see if they could balance my wheels they said they didn't have time. I understand that they were full booked so I couldn't do anything more then I thought maybe open tomorrow looked on the website and yes they are so waited till 10 AM and have rang 15 times no answer so drove down they are open not answering the phone and now have loads of cars in so still not able to get them the job done

The service at Kendal was excellent & I feel the guys went above and beyond just providing great service. They were very friendly, extremely helpful & served us with a smile. Kwikfit themselves are always competitive on prices anyway but when you also get a hassle free visit it certainly makes the whole experience easier, well done fellas

Whilst on holiday in the Lake District my Audi Q3 developed a loose engine slash shield that was dragging on the road. The manager arranged for me to bring it in the next day. He promptly repaired it at no cost! My wife and I are very grateful for your excellent service. Thank you so much!

The length of time I had to wait for the job to be done considering 3 staff members were sitting around doing nothing. Then there was the excessive price I was charged for puncture repair from my wife who took the car in for repair I feel they took advantage and charged an inflated price £27.50 for a puncture repair.

Absolutely exceptional service. Friendly staff were tolerant of endless questions from panicked car owners late on a Saturday, just before closing time. Fixed a problem another garage caused, without bad mouthing them. Helped us source parts at very short notice and got us to a position where we could drive away in under half an hour. Thanks you so much for helping us out of what could have been a real disaster for us.

The service was incredible. I thought I had a real issue with several of my tyres and was looking at an expensive job. They saw me instantly, called within an hour to say there were zero problems and I just hadn't reset my tyre pressure after filling the tyres with air, showed me how to adjust the settings for future reference and put my tyres all up to level...and charged me nothing!
